FREMAP promotes inclusion in occupational health and safety in Andalusia

17/06/2026

FREMAP will take part on 16 and 17 June in the conferences on the Andalusian Occupational Health and Safety Strategy 2024–2028, an initiative aimed at promoting safer, healthier and more inclusive working environments in the business sector.

These conferences provide a meeting space to address the main challenges in prevention, with particular attention to key aspects such as the inclusion of people with disabilities, health surveillance and return to work after a workplace accident. A comprehensive approach that places the individual at the centre of preventive action and encourages more equitable and sustainable intervention models.

FREMAP will have a prominent institutional representation, made up of Pascual Calderón Romero, FREMAP Director in Córdoba; Juan Vicente Pérez Amigo, Regional Director of FREMAP Western Andalusia; and Lourdes Belda Aparicio, Director of the Social Work and Professional Reintegration Department. Their participation will help share the organisation’s experience and knowledge in the development of policies and practices aimed at inclusive prevention.

With its presence at this forum, FREMAP reinforces its commitment to continuous improvement in occupational health and safety, promoting initiatives that support integration, equal opportunities and the adaptation of workplaces to the needs of all individuals.

This participation consolidates FREMAP’s role as an active agent in building a more human, inclusive prevention model aligned with current labour market challenges.
