Jurisprudence cycle of the work accident

The purpose of this webinar series is to outline the legal definition of a work-related accident.
It consists of 4 parts:

• Concept of Work-related Accident: General regime: The legal definition of a work-related accident will be addressed by analysing its configuring elements based on the different legal rulings passed on the matter.

• Concept of work accident in the special scheme for self-employed workers and other cases: Concept of work accident for the self-employed, injuries suffered by union officials, those occurring as a result of tasks of different professional groups and rescue operations.

• In itinere and on-mission accidents: Concept of work accident in itinere and its configuring elements: teleological, chronological, geographical and modal. Work accident on assignment.

• Work-related and intercurrent illnesses. Inclusions and exclusions: This fourth and final session will analyze occupational diseases, accidents resulting from the aggravation of pre-existing conditions, and intercurrent illnesses.
