It has been published Royal Decree-Law 22/2026, which approves urgent social and economic measures to support the city of Ceuta. Among the planned actions, the regulation incorporates a set of aid measures intended to support economic activity, promote the maintenance of employment and provide liquidity to companies and self-employed workers affected by the exceptional situation that motivates this initiative.

The measures include financial aid aimed at both small and medium-sized enterprises and self-employed workers who carry out their activity in the autonomous city. The aim is to contribute to the recovery of economic activity, reduce the impact on the local productive fabric and facilitate business continuity.

In addition to direct aid, the Royal Decree-Law provides for other business support measures, including measures aimed at boosting competitiveness, improving access to financing and strengthening the ability of companies and the self-employed to adapt to the current circumstances.
