On 7 September, the 2026-2027 academic year of FREMAP's Professional Readaptation initiative started, which marks the beginning of a new stage for workers who, having suffered an accident at work, face the challenge of redefining their professional future. Professional rehabilitation is part of FREMAP's commitment to the comprehensive recovery and labour reintegration of covered persons, always putting the person at the centre.

A career change after a work accident often means confronting new circumstances and uncertainties. As such, FREMAP's Professional Readaptation Area accompanies each person throughout this process, offering guidance, specialised support and training opportunities that facilitate the acquisition of new skills and promote the construction of a new professional project.

The training available for the 2026-2027 academic year covers different professional areas adapted to the needs of the current labour market. These include Business Administration, Human Resources and Accounting, Commercial Management and Logistics, Metrology and Industrial Quality, Digital Marketing with Artificial Intelligence and Applied Graphic Design, Web Design and Ecommerce with AI, 3D Printing, Drone Piloting, Aluminium Joinery, Welding of Light Structures and Furniture Innovation: Design and Workshop.

Each new academic year represents an opportunity to learn, develop new skills, and regain the confidence needed to face new challenges. Beyond training, professional readaptation involves opening new doors, discovering new vocations, and moving towards a future with greater job opportunities.

With this initiative, FREMAP reaffirms its commitment to workers and their reintegration into the workforce, helping to minimise the social and professional consequences that may arise from a work accident and promoting a recovery focused on autonomy, personal development and inclusion.
