At FREMAP, each labour consultancy is assigned a Personal Manager who acts as a single, specialised point of contact. This is the reference person who coordinates all the consultancy’s dealings with the mutual insurer, facilitating day-to-day work and providing direct support in handling queries, incidents and paperwork. Their role is to help you save time, improve efficiency and provide a better service to your clients, with close, continuous and operationally tailored support.
A single point of reference for your advice
The Personal Manager is the FREMAP professional assigned to your consultancy who centralises and coordinates the entire relationship with the insurer. They understand how you work, the type of clients you manage and the usual needs of your portfolio, enabling a much more efficient service aligned with your day-to-day activity.
Thanks to this role, you have a single point of contact to channel employment and administrative queries, follow up on cases and coordinate actions with FREMAP’s various departments. This avoids duplication, reduces response times and allows you to work with greater security and organisation in all the procedures you carry out on behalf of your clients.
Functions of the Personal Manager
The Personal Manager is responsible for coordinating all of the dealings between your consultancy and FREMAP. They handle and resolve employment and administrative queries, advise on occupational and common contingencies, and manage urgent incidents related to cases in your portfolio.
In addition, they coordinate the necessary documentation and administrative procedures, facilitate communication with the different FREMAP departments and support you in processes that require close monitoring. Their intervention helps speed up procedures, avoid delays and ensure smooth and consistent management across all actions you carry out as a labour consultancy.
Benefits for your day-to-day professional activity
Having a Personal Manager streamlines your work and gives you peace of mind. By understanding your operational processes and needs, they can anticipate incidents and provide quick solutions tailored to each situation.
Communication is direct and continuous, which makes it easier to track cases and resolve queries without intermediaries. In addition, your Personal Manager communicates proactively with you, informing you of relevant updates for your consultancy activity, such as regulatory changes, new benefits, available services or training opportunities of interest. All of this contributes to improving both the efficiency of your work and the service you provide to your clients.
