From 1 January 2026, payment by bank transfer of all the financial benefits (temporary disability, risk during pregnancy and breastfeeding, cessation of activity and care for minors suffering from cancer and another serious illnesses) will be made monthly, on the last working day of every month (see annual payment schedule). Medical sick leave reports for temporary disability are not required.

N.B.: On this date, FREMAP issues the bank transfer order, and the payment may be received in the beneficiary's current account on the next business day.
The payment period will be up to the 23rd of each month.
However, if the temporary disability has exceeded 365 days, the payment period will be up to the second-to-last working day of each month. For example, if the bank transfer is issued on a Monday, the payment will cover up to the previous Friday.
