Management of disability-related absence

In the first phase, an analysis is conducted on the different causes of absenteeism due to health issues. To that end, companies are offered reports and indicators with graphic and numeric information about the monthly and annual evolution of temporary disability due to occupational and common contingencies, comparing it to the company's sector. These reports can be obtained through FREMAP Online or request them directly from FREMAP.

In collaboration with the company, an adapted plan is developed in accordance with current regulations, which integrates preventive, health and organisational measures. The proposed actions are prioritised according to impact and feasibility, proposing a programme of joint actions with a comprehensive approach aimed at improving the management of temporary disability processes and, therefore, improving the health of workers.
