The Benefit for Caring for Minors Suffering from Cancer or Another Serious Disease is a financial benefit intended for parents, adoptive parents or foster parents who reduce their working hours by 50% or more in order to directly, continuously and permanently care for a minor suffering any of the serious illnesses included in Order TMS/103/2019, of 6 February. This benefit compensates for the loss of income that occurs as a result of this reduction.
