FREMAP's commitment to sustainability is outlined in our FREMAP's Document on Company Culture and will continue into the future in the FREMAP Strategic Plan, contributing to our actions to help society progress, which are based on responsibility and committed social action.
FREMAP views Social Responsibility as its voluntary responsible commitment, above and beyond its legal obligations, to integrate in its management the expectations of its stakeholders, thereby helping to enhance the health, sustainable development and wellbeing of society.
FREMAP describes in the Statement of Organisational Culture, outlines the principles shared by the members of the organisation, which distinguish the company from others and determine the relationships between employees and the company, and between the company and society.
The Code of Conduct. contains our operating standards with regard to those affected by the activity we conduct and specifically with our interest groups.
FREMAP's Equality Plan reaffirms its commitment to equality and individuals. The group is confident that the Plan will continue to be the focus of both the organisation and the company and will be used to establish specific measures to implement this commitment.
Therefore, the values which have been, to date, set forth in the Statement of Organisational Culture and the Principles for Responsible Action, are now developed within a specific framework.
