The Comprehensive Health Care Programme helps companies prevent, control and reduce absenteeism resulting from both occupational contingencies (work accidents or occupational diseases) and common contingencies, ensuring excellent healthcare and proactive management of the temporary disability process. The goal is the recovery of the worker's health and a safe return to work, which will have a direct impact on improving the company's management.
In the first phase, an analysis is conducted on the different causes of absenteeism due to health issues. To that end, companies are offered reports and indicators with graphic and numeric information about the monthly and annual evolution of temporary disability due to occupational and common contingencies, comparing it to the company's sector. These reports can be obtained through FREMAP Online or requested directly from FREMAP.
In collaboration with the company, an adapted plan is developed in accordance with current regulations, which integrates preventive, health and organisational measures. The proposed actions are prioritised according to impact and feasibility, proposing a programme of joint actions with a comprehensive approach aimed at improving the management of temporary disability processes and, therefore, improving the health of workers. Likewise, we coordinate with official institutions and bodies to achieve greater efficiency in carrying out any procedure before the administration.
We provide continuous monitoring and support to the company geared towards achieving sustained improvements, while facilitating decision-making. As the mutual insurance company with the largest market share, we can contribute the experience gathered over years, managing companies of any activity, any size and established in any part of the country.
